    aidan, give this one a go at home

    marinate (for about an hour) a tuna steak in one part good qual olive oil, 1 part sushimi soy, a tablespoon of honey and a whole squeezed lemon. Then pan sear on high heat for about 30-45 seconds each side and serve with halved grape tomatoes grilled with a bit of balsamic and a blob of yoghurt with some fresh mint chopped through it. Easy tunalicious!
