It's a big market and with all the quota cuts then having a good supply will be a license to print money. Consumers may be hesitant to eat it now due to the bans and the fact that some species are endangered but I think sentiment will change if they know it is farmed...and with less concentrations of mercury which wild deep sea fish such as tuna, swordfish etc seem to be increasing in.
The only thing I'm unsure of is the timeframes, how long until commercialisation?
