So who are KG Partners?

So notice of general meeting out today from NSX.

Few observations:

- Interesting to see that the meeting will be held at ISX Head Office.
- Looks like ISX are gearing up to tip another $3.4mil into this bad boy. Bank balance starting to get hit pretty hard. Fixing this pesky ASX problem is becoming awful expensive.

- What a win for the newly incorporated KG Capital Partners!

I do wonder who KG Capital Partners are? They get 30,000,000 in options and $600k cold hard cash for the "Introduction" of NSX to the Clearpay venture. KG are doing well for a company that came into existence on the 6 Feb 2020. Pulled a lot together in a short period time those guys.

I though the whole thing was a twinkle in JK's eye from long ago but KG seem to have come in as a knight in shining armour in Feb 2020 and pulled the whole thing together - for a handsome fee of course.
