Could it be just a European infrastructure developer? Plenty of companies in Europe that can build quality railroads!!!!
Their railroad system is the best in the world.
If that were the case they could do a cost per tonnes haulage agreement with SDL.
I.E. We build the rail and you give us $x per ton that we ship.
Just a thought......SDL keep the mine, everyone is happy....
