Interesting - because over the past year $16 has been a regular (perceived) good entry & it has bounced from this - but of course never kicked on - probably due to the market issues - but the current price on the same fundamentals looks cheap. I have notes to enter QBE under $16. Have I done this - not yet - why - same reason as the persons reading this I expect (thinking it may go lower) - but when does it become compelling value ??? PE is still 11.5 - I would like to see it under 10. I didn't think it would happen - but it may.
