We just did this share analysis in our post grad class with my professor and this share seems to be very undervalued floating around $15-16 price mark. Solid company, good management, just the market is working up and no one has cash to invest. In concluding, best price to get in at the moment before it goes back up. I currently just bought at 15.690, which seems like a very good price to get in seeing how a solid company like this will go back up.
