Looking at the P/E ratio as well at 11.20 as well as having a share price of around $15 to $16 this seems to me its very cheap. In addition, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia increased their holding in QBE from 5.10% to 6.11% on the 22nd of June, which is like 1 week and a half ago. Also, Aberdeen Asset Management Asia Limited increased their holding in QBE from 10.34% to 11.85% on the 17th of June, about 2 weeks ago. In my opinion, it looks like QBE is going to go up to around $18-19 or more.
