My guess, exactly the same source, it just allows them to continue to accumulate more share without putting metalstorm into administration, and it also allows them to withold the funds for a further period to shake the tree even more, all the leaves have fallen they now want all the branches, the money will come but only when they have reached a predetermined percentage ownership, together with those shares that are yet to be voted on? they may end up with 75% to 80% of the company IMHO.
