I'm pleased there are still a few people on HC who can actually see the wood not just a bloomin great tree (shaking or not). I read an article a few days ago describing the idea of having resource rich neighbours and the idea is called nearology. You're right about being in the right place & copper is the right metal at the moment. The worst of the GFC globally seems to be passed & there are signs tentative recovery in the US of A. So location - tick, resource - tick, very tight register with wealthy heavy hitters in the top 10 - tick, well connected & experienced new driving force - tick.
The interesting thing will be how much money rob will have made when this thing really fires - bet it will be a fortune, damn he's good.
