I am not doubting his stewardship played a role in getting the company to where it is, but there is a right way to exit stock and a wrong way. His was undoubtedly the wrong way and something you dont see very often...for good reason. This is old news and i dont want to go tit for tat, clearly you value his input to the company and i do not try to discredit this. But i just dont appreciate what happened back then and for me it is an action i have accepted but not gotten over.
