Interesting you shoud say that. a search of his name brings up a long list of "change of director interest notices". I started a thread regarding the Lafayette-Voyager transition (to avoid doing my own research) as it seemed a little shifty, where he, and many other officers resigned from the board of lafayett prior to the name change. Not much interest in that thread which is sort of reasuring but shiftyness is a worry to me and these tenacious directors that servive company collapses look after them selves first (in reality though I guess who doesnt)
