Surely selling Oyu Tolgoi would be one of BHP's great regrets although it seemed like a good idea at the time. Surely they would not want another to slip through their fingers. Resource definition and development costs would be high and $9mil will only last so long. With over a billion shares on issue already what are the opions for Voyager in the future to raise funds....joint venture/aquisition?
