The entire issue is just about control. Your are correct Benson and Quinn will find that Rempta will push them to one side as well.
Of coarse Rempta can do no wrong look at his performance with the share prices of GPN AGU and YRR, all at all time lows even after the YRR anouncement. Surely the only convincing anyone needs as to the competence here is a price chart.
