Fair point Bigcrazau - I guess there is an exception to every rule - chances are slim for the history to repeat here though IMO - there must be 100's of examples of companies with large numbers of script issued that spike heavily on good news - the traders usually own these for a day or three.
If PEN can release news frequently then they can go a long way to controlling the influence DT's have - pretty well impossible to keep them out though, unless you have a very low liquidity ticker.
