PEN mgmt. need to improve their share register, a road show in US, EUROPE, CANADA & ASIA , by this stage pen should be attracting institutional investors, i think the mgmt. has been a bit negligent towards its share holder base , a few meetings with large broking houses wouldn't go a stray , any thoughts would be welcome
so who's propping up the buy side?, page-27
