Sam is CEO of a product group....thats called pilbara iron, under sam there are nos of MDs under them there are a nos of GMs...there are only a few MDs and only a few GNs so Hart is someone in that select group...ie the main group that is helping RIO can the BHP bid...lets call them the brains trust
