• to fund Ohm production - such that the channels have the units - otherwise there would be a 40 day delay between an order and an install - when you want to buy a mobile phone they are already sitting in the shop

• to fund teams and support - boots on the ground in Europe, Latin America - etc

• to build out engineering bench - for upgrades to existing products and to initiate new ideas

• to be well-funded - so that investors, instos, clients...partners can all be comfortable that BUD is robust and able to continue - often referred to as runway - all good companies have good runways

• to create warchest - for possible acquisitions
