    many post seems pointing to that its only the start with a low ball offer? however wat i dont get is why the director unanoumsly agree that its the best offer and support the deal? shouldnt they know the value of the company better--assuming they are working for their(direstors) and ours best interest?

    can there be any hidden agenda that we have no clue of whatsoever brewing?
