    Because debt refinance risks are gone for the next 2 years at least - gets rid of short term worries.

    Most brokers valuations (ie underlying value of assets) is above $16/share so once the short term worries are gone it should trade more to that level.

    Plus they were able to raise the funds easily & got $15 for the unplaced funds - well above the $13.50 basement level.
