    The accountant has put more skin in game - Why hasnt the CEO???

    I would suggest if he did - it certainly may put a rocket under share price. In the last several years, if my memory serves me correctly, he has only taken and not given (performance shares, incentive performance shares, elected to take cash instead of participating in dividend reinvestment plan, etc etc)
