They have been waiting for this moment. The negotiations have been mediocre at best with unorganised legal teams and poor advice leading to no agreement being signed. At least the determination will now be made. That is certain. The market should like this. Just depends how long it takes. It would be nice if Neil could tell us how long this will take to finalise.
