Since when has legal troubles with a large asset EVER been good news? I know the guys here can make every set-back seem like an intended three dimensional chess masterstroke and see the silver lining on every grey cloud, but really it's extra uncertainty which is never good. Will it be cleared up? Most likely, but right now it's not progressing the way investors want it.. quietly and with no problems. I'm guessing OBL want all the bad news out at once.
The sp is actually holding up really well considering the last two day's bad news.
