Is it possible that they sold the shares for the price from $0.16 to $0.2 and expect to buy them back at much lower price before the next ann to minimise their losses as we know they bought their shares at much higher prices and if the T/O wasn't successful, it will take long time for them to recover the losses. Just a thought
