UBS is not putting its money into the company. It's UBS Nominees. That simply means that a client of UBS has purchased the shares and the registered owner is the nominee company but the beneficial owner is unidentified.
I hold shares and UBS is my broker. None are in my name but rather UBS Nominess. Hope that helps.
