Does this app save you data ? Is the amount of data you saved in $ greater than the cost of the service ? Does the app speed things up enough that you can now do things that you could not do before ?
If your answer is yes to the above then the app is doing what it was intended to do for now and those people will become loyal customers until the telcos change things. If you are expecting more at this time which some appear to be then you will probably need to wait for other functionality to be rolled out. From what I have tested and read on here the people who had speed issues before because of 3G are seeing big improvements and everyone is saving data. How many users will sign up just for these benefits we will see shortly but I think it will surprise most
