Some shocking lack of investor protection here.
My investment is stuck, illiquid, locked up.
How can Directors be allowed to do this in Australia on the ASX.
How can they be allowed to make deals that are not independent or at arms length.
How can they make deals that have got no foundation other than a web of links to cronies.
I'd prefer to get out even at a loss so I can use my own money, but cannot even do that. Why? Because my interets are not being catered for. Who's interets are then? Well just look at the situation and the answer seems clear.
Im more disappointed in ASIC and our country's direction.
So wrong. Where is ASIC!
