"Mindfulness" .. Unfortunately this means no TV or YouTube videos and you have to pay attention.
"Tolerance" ... This requires pragmatic application of sensible boundaries, completely unknown these days.
"Selflessness" ... Paradoxically this can only come from those previously "full of themselves". Anything less is worthless and just naive imagination.
"Modesty" ... I'd like to say more but ...
"Discrimination" ... That which distinguishes intelligent humans from naive children who have no established "rudder for living".
"Patience" ... A really hard one to acquire. You just have to be patient !
"Detachment" ... Early adopters have trouble distinguishing this from indifference or disinterest. Au contraire.
"Compassion" was deliberately left out to dispel any notions I may be a practising Buddhist .. which is not the case !
