Imagine you are a cube of ice (ice comes in different flavours and shapes I may add)
add heat (energy and frequency) and you end up with water in you receptacle
add more heat (energy and frequency) and you end up with steam
same block of ice
different levels of existence and experience
you can skate on ice but you can't skate on water or steam
you can float on water but you can't on ice and steam
