Its like the story on another thread about some Chinese newsagent lady saying that as soon as things go pear shaped in China that a lot of Chinese will get out of the housing market and repatriate their money back to China: precipitating a property crash. What a load of ....!!

I live in a suburb where many middle - upper class Chinese have moved. They want out of China because they want both personal and wealth safety, when things hit the fan back home they will simply sit back and smile; thanking god that they got their Nanna out on the family reunion programme just in time.
