im sure there are a number of company directors who post on this website but not all of them declare themselves ... its a minefield no doubt at all, but yes, my opinion is, there's nothing inherently wrong with a director posting provided they decalre themself and all ethical and legal boxes are ticked. not all companies have access to big PR/marketing dollars to correct what they see as misleading statements in the marketplace.

On UMC and PLuto threads 'showman' who is with Pluto resources has also declared his hand ... a class act and not a word out of place after gaining legal advice about the toparameters under which he can post. Information itself is not banned under asic rules, only info that is not generally available to the market or by diligent research. Ive not seen either of these two posters breach those rules.

Now are these blokes who they say they are. well that's up the average HC punter to do their own research and estbalish peoples bonafides.
