2 weeks ago, I ran a test. I sent 4 retailers (including MTS) an email with an opportunity. In MTS, I sent the same opportunity to 3 key people. So, WOW responded, as did each current partner....except MTS. Not one of the "buying" team at MTS responded. Testing my arm, I sent it to one of the State GM's of MTS.....same outcome. You can only shake your head and ask, are they really serious?
