no - its right
if the hour hand moves 1/60th of a degree every minute after an hour it will have moved a whole one degree
1/60 times 60 minutes = 1 degree.
dont think of it as an hour hand - think of it as anything - it could be random. the fact it says its an hour hand is just there to confuse you.
