We don't day trade so I'm not exactly an expert on the sport.

However, with the regulatory, media and investor scrutiny that the company is under, they are going to make an announcement the moment something is concrete.

I wouldn't want to be caught with any position I couldn't cover, or hadn't already paid for, when the ann comes down, which could be any time in the next 12 trading hours or after market tomorrow. There is going to be the obligatory TH (which could come as early as today) and this always adds complexity if you are on T+x or on margin.

I think we are going to see updates not only on the debt but the whole company future, sale of assets and strategic plan. It's going to be a biggy and take some time to work through.

My money is on it being GOOD NEWS but the market does not always agree in the short term.
