Ocks totally agree, people forget LCY was actually going quite well before NMDC joined. The way I see it NMDC promised Shazza strawberries and champagne but so far have delivered boiled lollies. Our group don't have a problem with Shaz and her Perth team but a major one with NMDC.
Too me the current state of play goes like this:
Given their indecision and procrastination NMDC have given shaz free reign to spin off our au and base metal assets, secure a major investor, find some additional resources and develop the assets while they haggle amongst each other on how much money they are going to give LCY for Bevan.
Cal I get a feeling this spin off actually may be successful and could be similar to the other co you mentioned who did a similar thing to LCY, esp given NMDC won't actually be involved lol.
