There is quite possibly something askew with your assumptions as I have come across numerous articles stating ucg has relatively low capex and relatively rapid imlementation times.

Its good to discuss these sorts of things. I will have a poke around and get back to you tonight or tomorrow night.

Capex aside, it would be quite feasible on the strength of ucg potential and continued good press for clean coal technologies to see the sp at multiples of 7c imo ... even more so with a couple of new projects thrown in and more so again if in fact an interested major corporate sees value.
