    I know this theory / point has been made before but for WPG to extend the SPP by a mere 3 weeks must suggest some optimism on their part that things will get better. Otherwise, why bother extending at all? Or for that matter why not extend longer? Or are they just giving the market time to digest the quarterly and hope some stock market fairy will hover over the SP and sprinkle good ol fairy dust?
