I was just at information overload and thought it worthwhile to reach out for clarity but understood if I didn't get a reply. Very appreciative of your response as well to confirm the $200k build costs. I had seen the $700k revenue for each tunnel as per the second screenshot, but had missed the piece in the annual report.

Certainly a very good business model, especially if they can increase yield as is the goal in the current trials.
