In 2022 there was a 1 in 100 year flood in the area. The Murray (the river you see there) wasn't the problem but the Loddon was, it's further south of the property. ECS has a substantial levy built around the entire site so they didn't have an issue with flooding, but did have some disruption to the building of the PCEs and staff getting to and from the site. They had to arrive and leave by boat.
