Plant propagation?
It looks to me they may have a healthy little nursey business going - selling half grown plants (48%, 56% completion.??) for approx 3 - 6 bucks profit each. ??
That would be my best interpretation /wild guess of what that propagation table means.
Nurseries are a crucial part of any horticulural industry. It stands to reason one will develop here for cannabis.
Having a Corp like Aurora involved would give them a big headstart with genetic stock.
