A comment that frequently rears it's head on the threads of other stocks is that ECS grow in little plastic tunnels lol. One look at these photos dispels that entirely, there is some serious structural integrity there with a large concrete slab with heating pipes embedded. Not to mention these PCEs are pretty huge! Besides the low cost (compared to large indoor facility) per sqm of grow space I can see a lot of risks being mitigated by having separate PCEs rather than one large indoor grow room e.g. if something goes wrong it only affects the one PCE rather than potentially the whole crop in an indoor facility.
