Wholesale prices in the electricity market vary enormously according to load and supply. I wonder if anyone has done the sums on using the Redflow 600KwH units (or similar) to buy and store power when very cheap and sell it when very dear. 600KwH at say a differential average of 20c per KwH is $120 per cycle. With multiple cycles possible per day there is perhaps a market for "battery" generators.
shouldn't be too hard to get the historical stats on the pricing and do the sums.
