You are quite right with this one and as soon as projected plantings and conditions for forhcoming crops are known and look OK then as sure as night turns to day the price will come back.
It is interesting however just how quickly and deep they can get their hands in in their pockets when a shortage looks like happening though, which applies to most things generally, and yes the contrary when there's an abundance.
