Received an increase in our powerbill of a $100 had expected more but haven't cut back either.
Renegotiated with another yesterday with over 20% down. Will see how we go.
I have two friends selling at present, one really stressed. Both have big homes and one a large property.
One has 3 kids and said she's leaving now and buying up north in smaller home. She said she can't afford
a decent holiday with the kids. He has a good job up there. Had no problem finding one and she works for herself part time so won't be affected.
Lots of theft in town. Small businesses shutting down. Cops are allready setting up for the Christmas and booking people on their way home from work. They're early this year, things must be bad.
Hope some kind of resolution appears for many before Christmas.
