    It's not just the average, it's the frequency of unbearably hot and humid days that will be the problem. For wet bulb temperatures above 35C, which is the combination of 46C heat and 50% humidity it is impossible for the body to cool itself by sweating and this can kill you after about 6 hours. This was almost reached in parts of the middle east in July 2015.
