We wish it didn't have to be this way of course, but it is 100% the best course of action.
Our legal success so far, and our projected legal success in the future are the very reason that MMGA, and morningsuits exist.
They're desperately trying to derail AVZ's legal persuits because they know they'll be successful eventually, and Zijin/Cominiere will end up in a massive loss.
It's reasonably clear that morningsuits is payed by Zijin or associates to bring about AVZ's demise.
He's trying to wear his sheeps clothing as best he can but it's painfully obvious he's a snake.
It's very important that shareholders back the currend BoD in their current direction, and not be swayed into a weak position like what Morningsuits is trying to persuade shareholders to do.
