    AVZ is not talking to other funders because the exclusivity clause in their Binding Term Sheet prevents them from doing so:

    "AVZ must not enter into negotiations with any third party in relation to thefunding of Proceedings from the commencement to the termination of the TermSheet"

    And AVZ has not announced the termination of the Term Sheet.
