This is 100% subject to shareholder approval which won't happen until at least mid December so everyone rest easy. Nothing has been given away and we have almost 2 full months to drill for the second pipe.
If we don't find the second pipe in the 2 months, as you can see from the second image the Singaporeans will still put up the cash as they are pricing it on the JORC.
Not a hard deal to understand guys.
