Mr Von absolutely right mom and pop... I ask my broker who speak with SOC often... He say we only take money if can't find next pipe in time... If we don't find next pipe in time might be hard for SOC to raise $2,000,000 in stock level so cover all bases ... I ask if we can pull out from now to December if find second pipe like mr Von and mr velzy say and he say yes yes yes !!!! Broker here already putting deal up subject to another pipe... Everybody chill lol
