I am sure the company will have many more people than just you and I calling them requesting they immediately turn down the funding and announce to the market upon confirmation of a second pipe - wouldn't be surprised to see it all part of the same announcement
Actually proposed to them today to do a 2:1 rights issue to all SOC holders to subscribe for stock in Gossan as the first farm out. With 150M shares on issue, it would raise $3M - perhaps sell off 10% for discounted $30M valuation to current holders.
