That deal looks ok to me, using VWAP is smart, if the SP increases so does the options, each options exercisable at 130%, so for them to offer money with these options then they are expecting the price to move at least that far.
I get the feeling that this could have only come about with the establishment of the new Company Advisor hired, good start!
